Derwent Pastel Pencils have all the creativity of a pastel with the convenience and control of a pencil.  Available in a fantastic variety of 72 colours.

The pencils are a medium pastel, slightly chalky and able to achieve fine points.  They feature a round 8mm diameter body with a wide 5 mm pastel strip. 

They have a soft powdery texture with a velvety smooth finish, ideal for mixing and blending and achieving fine lines required for detailed pastel studies. These excellent pencils come in colour tones ranging from full strength, brilliant colour to the palest, most subtle tints.

Suitable for use on ,  and even for drafting.

Can be sealed with a after, just like traditional soft pastels.
